Event: Southern Spring Home & Garden Show

In Big Garden, What to do in Charlotte

As temperature begin to rise and little buds are forming on branches, it’s time to start thinking about Spring cleaning, gardening, and home care! Enter, the ever popular Southern Spring Home & Garden Show. Happening on consecutive weekends each Spring, there’s still a chance to visit the expo this coming weekend.

Held at the Park Expo and Conference Center this March 1-3, this event is a one-stop-home-and-garden-shop. Featured speakers include Ty Pennington, Julia Collin Davison of America’s Test Kitchen, and Laura LeBoutillier of Garden Answer, all happening on the Main Stage.

You’ll enter through a specially designed pond garden; once inside, enjoy demonstrations, food vendors, home and garden vendors, and a do-it-yourself stage. These presentations will feature local experts and bloggers as they showcase projects anyone can manage. Topics include ‘Southern Rustic Succulent Bouquet’, ‘Designing Your Dream Home’, or ‘Tips & Tricks to Creat a Culinary Herb Garden’.
