A new development, Cramer’s Pond, will soon be underway in the historic Plaza Midwood neighborhood that will be built by Grandfather Homes and will begin with the construction of 10 brand new single-family homes centered around a previously existing historic home.
If development and sales of the first ten lots go well, there are another 30 lots that Grandfather Homes can build on. The 40 lots total approximately 15 acres of land and the original historic home around which this community is centered dates back to the 1930s. These new construction single-family homes will aim to capture the historic feel of the landmark historic home as well as the historic feel of the neighborhood.
These houses will range in size from 2,500 square feet to 4,500 square feet and will have between three and five bedrooms and between three and five bathrooms. With home prices starting at approximately $800,000, buyers can expect beautiful construction and finishes. Cramer’s Pond will be located just west of Matheson Avenue on Country Club Lane and will be accessible by two new roads that will run through the neighborhood from Fort Street to Country Club Lane.
